The migration will be executed in three main steps: assessing the current data landscape, migrating to a secure cloud environment, and implementing ongoing data management practices. This approach aims to minimize disruption to daily operations while ensuring data security and compliance.

  • Data centralization: centralizing data from other sources into a single source which will be shared among the employees in a secured way.
  • Migrating the employees to an Office 365 environment which will require special authentication
  • Migrating all of the local servers on premise to the cloud and generate backups of the data.
