What is the IT Consultancy Subsidy? This subsidy is designed for SMEs in the Brussels-Capital Region seeking to optimize their IT processes through expert consultancy. It supports projects in digitalization, IT security, and process improvement. The subsidy provides financial aid for hiring external consultants to assist with these specialized tasks​

Program Benefits for SMEs

Participating SMEs will benefit from:

  • Financial Coverage: The subsidy covers 25% to 70% of eligible costs, with a cap of €10,000 per year. It also requires a minimum project size of €500​
  • Expert Guidance: Businesses can engage specialized consultants for advice on digitalization, IT security, or service improvements​

How to Participate

We can file the request for you

  • Eligibility: SMEs located in the Brussels-Capital Region with plans to digitalize their operations or enhance IT security are eligible to apply.
  • Application Process: Submit a request through Bruxelles Économie et Emploi of through our partners Subsiconseils.
    Ensure no expenses are incurred before the application is submitted.​
